Compression sleeve handles are used for holding compression sleeves during the initial placement of a countersink compression screw. After initial placement and compression, the compression sleeve handle is removed from the compression sleeve, and a cannulated star driver is placed through the compression sleeve to countersink the screw by twisting whilst holding the sleeve stationary.
